- Run four times a week, then run a 50K.
- Ride my bike to work on days when I don’t run.
- Read at least one book, not for school, each month.
- Meditate and pray for 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening.
- Practice silence; work on listening with intention.
- Eat real plant-based food.; consume compassionately.
- Be sober. Do not drink any alcohol.
- Live joyfully and feed my soul.
