Goals 2020


  1. Swim, bike, walk, and run.
  2. Read at least one book each month.
  3. Meditate for 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening.
  4. Practice silence and work on listening, with intention.
  5. Eat real plant-based food. Consume campassionately.
  6. Create more, conserve more, buy less.
  7. Move into my van, once I convert it and get air conditioning and heat.

Live joyfully and feed my soul.
