Goals 2022

  1. Run four times a week, then run a 50K.
  2. Ride my bike to work on days when I don’t run.
  3. Read at least one book, not for school, each month.
  4. Meditate and pray for 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening.
  5. Practice silence; work on listening with intention.
  6. Eat real plant-based food.; consume compassionately.
  7. Be sober. Do not drink any alcohol.
  8. Live joyfully and feed my soul.
