Goals for 2023 (Starting in March)

  1. Eat mostly whole vegetables, grains, nuts, and tofu.
  2. Remain alcohol-free.
  3. Move my body. Walk at least a mile every day.
  4. Take a Sabbath. Remove work email from my phone, and do not work on Sundays.
  5. Read the Bible. From beginning to end.
  6. Read fiction books. One per month.
  7. Focus on joy.
