Goals 2022

  1. Run. Bike. Swim.
  2. Read at least one book, not for school, each month.
  3. Meditate, read Scripture, and pray in the morning and again in the evening.
  4. Practice silence; work on listening with intention.
  5. Eat real plant-based food with minimal gluten; consume compassionately.
  6. Be sober. Do not drink any alcohol.
  7. Live joyfully and feed my soul.
