Food: banana, juice, muffin, chocolate milk, Kashi frozen dinner, decaf soy latte, turtle cookie, popcorn

Exercise: walked the dogs, ran 30 minutes, walked from RB to Burris and back

  1. Ok, just one question, Ravyn: is that ALL you eat in one day? That’s not enough food, especially if you ever want to run more than 30 minutes…

  2. In fact, it is all I ate yesterday. And, yeah, I do write down everything I eat each day. Some days are better than others, but I forget to eat sometimes.
